One-on-One Live Virtual Training

Geseron Employment Consulting Ltd. offers personalized, one-on-one virtual ESL training designed to improve English proficiency in professional and business settings. Each training program is delivered online, allowing participants to learn from experienced instructors in a flexible and supportive environment. Sessions are tailored to meet individual needs, ensuring effective learning outcomes at a pace that suits each participant.

ESL for Business Communication

Our ESL for Business Communication training helps participants develop essential language skills to succeed in professional environments. The program focuses on terminology, reading comprehension, listening comprehension, and grammar & sentence structure.

Each level includes eight hours of direct, live instruction, along with homework assignments and an additional hour of instructor support outside of scheduled sessions.

Sessions are typically one to two times per week, lasting two hours per session.

A virtual assessment is available prior to training to determine the appropriate starting level (additional fees apply).

Course Offerings

Training - ESL for Business Communication (Levels 1 & 2 Available)

8 hours of direct, live instruction

Homework assignments and 1 hour of instructor support

1-2 sessions per week (2-hour sessions)

Completion in 2-4 weeks

Participants must have access to a computer to engage in training

Pre-recorded lessons are available, as an add-on component to the training above, for additional review and practice to enhance the clients’ learning experience, for an additional fee.

Closure Report

A closure report will be provided at the end of training outlining the training completed, client participation/engagement, client understanding, etc.

Available Add-On: Training Progress Report: A written progress report can be provided within two business days upon request.
